UPDATE (MAR.21-2009):
- "Fonts" folder included to support CAD's ability to simplify an installation of fonts.
- skin converted to *.cskin filetype -> doubleclicking it will install the skin.
- transparency tweaks on the overall appearance of the skin.
- minor tweaks to improve readability of text on brighter backgrounds.

Whoa.. I've never seen this. Mainly because it's not in the most popular section, which is sad. Great work on this, if I ever get CAD2.0 back on my computer I'll be sure to use it.
